Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15 Contracting Office intends to release a commercial solicitation, for qualified contractors to provide Court Reporting/ Transcription Services at the Robert J. Dole Wichita VA Medical Center. The place of performance is for the Robert J. Dole Wichita VAMC, 5500 East Kellogg, Wichita, KS 67218. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of twelve (12) month Base year with up to four option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561492 (Court Reporting and Stenotype Services) with a size standard of $15.0 million. The details including full specifications will be included in the Request for Quote, which will be released on or about July 23, 2018.The close date will be on or about August 23,2018. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of this RFQ may submit a request in writing (e-mail). The solicitation number is 36C25519Q0003. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website, as no contracts can be awarded to any offeror not registered in SAM.
