Description
Past Performance Survey SF1449 Solicitation W91YTZ-18-R-0025 The Regional Health Contracting Activity Atlantic RHCO-A, located at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, North Carolina has a requirement for a Credentialing Contract which provides centralized healthcare credentialing and privileging support to the Army Medical Department (AMEDD) Professional Management Command - Credentialing Division (APMC-CD) located in Forest Park, Georgia. This unit is responsible for ensuring that the United States Army Reserve Clinical force is appropriately credentialed in an efficient, cost effective manner to facilitate privileging to healthcare providers for mobilization and training and enhance U.S. Army Reserve readiness. The place of performance for this requirement is Forest Park, Georgia and NOT Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The proposed period of performance is anticipated to begin on or about 19 September 2018. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, Non-Personal Services Contract for a six month base period, and three 12-month options. Multiple contracts will not be awarded for this requirement. This is a follow-on requirement with incumbents. This is a mission essential requirement. The requirement will be set aside for "100% Small Business Concerns (SB)". The Government is seeking contractor(s) having credentialing knowledge. Credentialing knowledge means the contractor understands the process of obtaining medical documentation and maintaining those documents in a current status in accordance with (IAW) Army Regulation (AR) 40-68. Capabilities shall be demonstrated by national certification in credentialing through the National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) as either Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM). The Contractor shall provide the following staff personnel with credentialing expertise: Program Manager(s) Project Lead(s) Subject Matter Expert(s) Senior Information Technology Specialist(s) Information Technology Specialist(s) Technical Writer(s)/Content Manager(s) Management Analyst(s) Administrative Assistant(s) The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services), and the small business size standard is $15 million. It is a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered and approved through The System for Award Management(SAM).
