- The Department of State Office of Acquisitions Management, on behalf of the Bureau of International Information Programs, Office of Analytics issues this special notice of its intent to negotiate a sole source award to TrendKite Inc. TrendKite's press analytics tool will be used to analyze prevalent narratives in the press and evaluate the Department's press engagement and messaging initiatives. The unique features of TrendKite, Inc. includes the following: •Google Analytics Integration •Content Library to include access to articles and related information from various news outlets (online and print), blogs, editorial sites, forums, and broadcasts from around the world. •Press Analytics Metrics to include number of mentions per keyword, share of voice over time, narrative sentiment, SEO impact, total readership, article impact, mentions per geographic location, and number of social shares per article (for Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google Plus). •Unlimited Dashboards, Data, and Boolean searches •Concurrent Licenses •Historical Data Access •LexisNexis Access •API Access •Compatibility with Current Department Proprietary Media Monitoring Applications •Reporting Wizard, which builds dashboards directly from dashboards and provides a live link to each dashboard •Full Suite of Boolean Operators for custom Boolean queries •News Alerts for real time and periodic updates on trending narratives Respond to this requirement by submitting written capabilities/specifications to the Contract Specialist at the email address provided. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responses received by the deadline located in this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government whether a competitive procurement is feasible may be based upon responses to this notice and is solely at the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative responses are received by the deadline provided in this notice to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government, an award will be placed with TrendKite Inc. This purchase is to be processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. There is no solicitation package available.
