- 19AQMM18R0221 Amendment #1 This is a Solicitation Notice for the upgrade of existing facilities to provide a crisis room per each location at San Jose and Necocli, Colombia. The project consists in upgrade facilities at two (2) geographically separated locations (San Jose and Necocli) throughout Colombia which including the demolition and deconstruction of existing elements and finishes, and the renovation of this facilities including new floor, doors, ceiling, LED lightning and furniture; and the construction of storage and equipment rooms. Project also includes the supply of security (CCTV system), audio/video system, communication systems (voice & data), electrical and HVAC systems, including the supply of an UPS and all the necessary components for a fully working facility as well as any incidental related work. These facilities shall have electrical and internal installations, doors, door hardware, air conditioning, and finishes as indicated in the attached drawings. The building shall comply with the current standards of the Colombian Seismic Resistance Code (NSR Standard, 10). The contractor shall be responsible for transportation, meals and lodging of the construction team on the work site (away from the project site), or as arranged with the CNP personnel. The contractor shall have a representative at the work site to receive materials, which shall be responsible for unloading materials and transporting it to the actual work site. Place of Performance: 1. San Jose: Colombian National Police (CNP) Compound in San Jose Del Guaviare, Colombia 2. Necocli: Colombian National Police (CNP) Compound in Necocli, Colombia The order of magnitude for this requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The estimated period of performance is 150 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This acquisition will be issued under full and open procedures. Award of Hybrid (Firm-Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursable) Construction Type Contract is anticipated within 120 days of proposal receipt. See attached solicitation and its attachments for detail. **IMPORTANT SCHEDULES** 1. Site Visit Request is due June 13, 2018 at 12:00 PM EDT 2. Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on June 19, 2018 at 08:00 AM Local Time 3. Site Visit of Necocli will be held on June 22, 2018 at 11:00 AM Local Time 4. Site Visit of San Jose will be held on June 26, 2018 at 10:00 AM Local Time 5. Questions are due July 06, 2018 at 12:00 PM EDT 6. Proposals are due August 10, 2018 at 12:00 PM EDT Update #1 The Amendment #1 is hereby posted on July 18, 2018 to extend the proposals due date through August 10, 2018 at 12:00 PM EDT.
