- TestPlant eggplant Combined Synopsys Solicitation The U.S. Army Contracting Command-APG (ACC-APG) is requesting a Firm Fixed Price Quotation for Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) TestPlant eggplant Functional Development Node Locked New Licenses QTY 100, TestPlant eggplant Manager New Licenses QTY 100 and FastStart for a quantity of two (2) one-week training sessions in support of the Technical Management Group at the Software Engineering Center. The services described below are for a one (1) year base period of performance and four (4) one (1) year options starting 12 months from date of award. The NAICS Code applicable to this acquisition is 541519. This acquisition will be funded with FY2018 Operations and Maintenance Funds Army (OMA) based on availability of funds. The solicitation number is W56JSR-18-Q-0070 and quotations are due within 5 calendar days of this notification, no later than close of business at 16:00 (EDST) on 23 July 2018.
