- Request for Proposal SPE4A718R1202 is issued to replace SPE4A7-18-R-0503 will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a FIVE year base for NSN 1650-00-996-2744. The item being procured is a CRANK, LINEAR ACTUAT. The Estimated Annual Quantity is 216 each. This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. Approved sources of supply: CAGE: 32664 AEROMETALS, INC. part number 2-43227-501 and CAGE: 6M132 SKYSPARES PARTS, INC part number 2-43227-501. This is not a commercial item. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The required delivery schedule with Government First Article Testing is 432 days. Solicitation issue date is 20 July 2018.
