CST 1) FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) - Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. 2) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. 3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99, Defense Change Notice 20180629, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525. 4) The NAICS for this solicitation is 321992 Prefabricated Wood Buildings Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 500 employees. This acquisition is SMALL BUSINESS Set Aside. 5) Description: Konradv3.1(ADA) or Equal; Provide pricing in the spaces provided below. The Mamava ADA premium portable specifications = 9'5" wide x 5'4" deep x 7'3" high; Interior surfaces made with food-service-grade materials for fast and easy cleaning; Electrical: UL approved 20 amp circuit (unit draws 14 amps); Open grid ceiling for ventilation and fire sprinkler access; Motion activated interior lighting and ceiling vent; 60" turn around, mirror, and grab bars for ADA compatibility; 2 Interior outlets with USB ports for plugging in breast pump and charging devices; Bench, side table for placing pumps; Multi-functional mechanical SmartLock with Bluetooth allows access via the Mamava app with installation. For either the site visit, delivery of commodities, or submission of proposals, all personnel requesting access to Minot Air Force Base must possess a valid State or Government picture identification card. Furthermore, individuals presenting identification cards from a state that is non-compliant with the REAL ID Act will require additional documentation to gain unescorted base access. Additional documentation includes a valid U.S. or foreign government issued passport, an employment authorization document that contains a photograph, or identification cards issued by federal state or local government agencies that include a photo and biographic information. Personnel requesting vehicle access to Minot Air Force Base must provide a valid driver's license (compliant with REAL ID Act), current vehicle registration, and insurance.
