Provide all work materials, labor, supervision, management, and administration as indicated in the attached Solicitation, Drawings, Specification, and Attachment. The estimated cost of construction is between $10 million and $25 million. The Government intends to issue a single, FIRM FIXED PRICE contract for construction services. This action is unrestricted and open to small and large businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, for which the Small Business Size Standard is $27.5 million in average annual receipts. See the attached Solicitation document for information regarding requirements for small business subcontracting and price preference for registered HUBZone small businesses. An organized site visit has been scheduled as indicated in the Solicitation document.
