- This Amendment No. 03 is to extend the solicitation Closing Date from July 20, 2018 to July 30, 2018. Solicitation Number SOL-7200AA18R00060 Issuance Date: June 14, 2018 Closing Date / Time July 30, 2018 (Deadline Extended) / 12:00 PM Eastern Time Solicitation for U.S. Personal Services Contractor (USPSC) (Multiple Positions) The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications from qualified individuals to provide personal services under a contract as described in this solicitation. This position is for up to three (3) Washington, DC based USPSCs. Candidates who live outside the Washington, D.C. area will be considered for employment, but no relocation expenses will be reimbursed. Final compensation will be negotiated within the listed market value, based upon the selected candidate's salary history, qualifications, previous relevant experience and work history, and educational background as reported on the form, AID-309-2. Salaries over and above the pay range will not be entertained or negotiated. Sunday Pay is authorized. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Two Years, with up to three One-Year Option Periods SECURITY LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret
