- Attachment 1 - Questions & Answers Solicitation IMCOM-Europe has a requirement for approximately 4400 7kg euro washers and 4600 7kg euro dryers to be delivered to Sembach, Germany. This will be a Brand Name or Equal requirement IAW FAR 52.211-6. Dryer: Brand name or equal to Siemens WT43N200 Washer: Brand name or equal to Siemens IQ300 WM14N2G1 The anticipated contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price with deliveries anticipated NLT 90 days after date of award. Partial deliveries are authorized. Delivery terms are FOB Destination to the required OCONUS delivery location. Interested vendors must be registered in SAM prior to closing date of solicitation.
