This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C24418Q9370. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 effective January 24, 2018. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Coatesville VA Medical Center, 1400 Black Horse Hill Road, Coatesville, PA 19320-2096 is seeking to purchase Asbestos Abatement Service. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The anticipated Period of Performance will be 60 days following Contract award and includes the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN): CLIN 0001: Asbestos abatement within building 1 room 119A (22 Square Feet) (5 days following Notice to Proceed). CLIN 0002: Asbestos abatement within building 1 room 121 (1,076 Square Feet) (5 days following Notice to Proceed). CLIN 0003: Asbestos abatement within building 1 room 121A (334 Square Feet) (5 days following Notice to Proceed). CLIN 0004: Asbestos abatement within building 1 room 121B (218 Square Feet) (5 days following Notice to Proceed). See also Attachment 2, Price Cost Schedule.
