- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 140L2218Q0008 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with an open date of July 18, 2018 and a close date of July 3, 2018. The solicitation documents and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-099. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 562111 with a size standard of $38.50. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Albuquerque District, has a requirement in soliciting quotes on a competitive basis for qualified vendors to enter into a firm fixed price contract for vault toilet pumping at Kasha Katuwe Tent Rocks (KKTR) National Monument, Cochiti, New Mexico. KKTR is located near the Pueblo of Cochiti, approximately 53 miles north of Albuquerque, NM (see site map attached). This is a base year contract with a four (4) year option to extend for services. Provide pricing on base year and options years. The following FAR provisions and clauses are applicable under this synopsis/solicitation: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, and may be found at https://acquistions.gov. Evaluation factors are attached and a mandatory response is required to the evaluation factors. The evaluation will be competed on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://sam.gov. The solicitation is available at www.FedConnect.net. Offers are being accepted by email at etippeco@blm.gov or by mail to BLM, 6251 College Blvd., Suite A., Farmington, NM 87402, Attention: Eleanor Tippeconnie.
