- RFQ Coronado NF - NUMEX HDPE 1.25" Iron Pipe Size (IPS), DR 11, 200 PSI pipe. Pipe should be delivered in 500 foot rolls. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12819718Q0003 and is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97. This requirement is solicited as a Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns (Total Small Business Set-Aside) under NAICS code 331210, iron and Steel Pipe and Tubing Manufacturing with a U. S. Small Business Administration size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price contract for the manufacture of NUMEX HDPE 1.25" Iron Pipe Size (IPS), DR 11, 200 PSI pipe and delivery to five separate locations on the Coronado National Forest which are Douglas Ranger District 1192 W. Saddleview Rd., Douglas, AZ 85607; Nogales Ranger District, 303 Old Tucson Rd, Nogales, AZ 85621; Sierra Vista Ranger District 4070 S Avenida Saracino, Hereford, AZ 85615; Safford Ranger District 711 14th Ave., Ste D, Safford, AZ 85546; Santa Catalina Ranger District 5700 N Sabino Canyon Rd., Tucson, AZ 85750. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis.
