Project Location: PEACHTREE CITY, GEORGIA Estimated Price Range: Between $250,000 and $500,000. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. Specialized Experience: Interested contractor must have equivalent experience in a critical location such as hospital, airport, and/or government facility within the last three years. Please fill out the attached Past Experience Form. Failure to submit the past experience information will result in offeror being classified as "NON-RESPONSIVE". RESPONSIVE contractors will receive a copy of the Solicitation or Request for Proposal (RFP).
