- Background : The Office of Textiles and Apparel (OTEXA) will participate in the Land Forces 2018 trade show to be held September 4-6, 2018 in Adelaide, Australia. All participants in the Land Forces 2018 show are required to purchase booth space through the sole vendor. OTEXA will receive special government pricing offered by Kallman Worldwide, Inc. Kallman Worldwide Inc. is the only designated entity to construct and offer the USA pavilion and related pavilion services to U.S. companies. Objectives : OTEXA will participate in the Land Forces 2018 show to showcase product samples from various US military/defense/security companies to promote Made in USA products as part of our National Export Initiatives (NEI). Scope : OTEXA's Sample booth functions as a Business Information Booth to promote samples from participating US companies including OTEXA's export services. An OTEXA trade specialist will manage the booth for the duration of the show. Tasks : Kallman Worldwide, Inc. will provide OTEXA a completed 6 square meter booth with the basic shell scheme option and all related support services within the USA pavilion sponsored by Kallman Worldwide, Inc. The basic shell scheme package includes: carpet, hard walls supporting exhibit configuration, lighting, one connected electrical outlet, and company signage, one table, four chairs, literature rack, lockable reception counter and cleaning. Kallman Worldwide Inc.'s services include: client meeting space (hospitality), refreshments, administrative support, marketing support, Kallman Worldwide Inc.'s, USA Pavilion catalog entry, security services, and cleaning services. Delivery : The completed booth will be completed and ready for move in and set up on 2 September 2018. Government-Furnished Property (GFP) : None Security Considerations : Kallman Worldwide, Inc. will provide security for the entire USA pavilion. OTEXA will not incur additional cost for this service. Travel : None Special Material Requirements : None Place of performance : The USA Pavilion at the Land Forces 2018 Show will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide, Australia.
