- Project Scope: The Work consists of furnishing all materials, labor, supplies and equipment to construct a gable roofed, 24' x 44' heavy timber frame park shelter including concrete post piers, gravel pad, heavy timber frame, solid wood roof deck and asphalt shingle roof. On the ground work shall start after 10/1/18 and be completed by May 24, 2019. Project Location: Cranberry Mountain Nature Center, 7825 Stamping Creek Rd., Hillsboro, WV 24946 Project Cost Estimate: Between $25,000-$100,000. The full solicitation, including instructions for submitting an offer, will be uploaded to this site on or about 7/19/18. Information on the site visit will be included in the solicitation. In order to submit an offer, firms must have an active registration in www.sam.gov. Obtaining a DUNS and registering in SAM are both free of charge.
