- U.S. GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF INTEND General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space at the Mobile Regional Airport located at 8400 Airport Blvd: State: AL City: Mobile Delineated Area: On Airport Lease Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,733 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,733 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 7 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 7 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: NA Additional Requirements: TSA must be located inside Mobile AL Airport Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall preferably not be in the flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Mobile, AL, that will be expiring.
