- All Items Requested for Solicitation SF-18 QUOTE FORM FAR Clauses This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z029-18-Q-83L3C2400. The U.S. Coast Guard Base Detachment St. Louis has a requirement to purchase colored elastomeric or non-reflective florescent film of various sizes, and pre-cut at specific predetermined intervals as described in the attached scope of work. The FOB destination delivery is: U.S. Coast Guard Industrial Production Department, Attention Mr. Leonard Raasch, Foot of Arsenal Street, Saint Louis, MO 63118-2603. Quote should include the following on the attached Request for Quotation (SF-18) •(1) Unit and total price for each line item •(2) The name, address phone number and point of contact of the offeror. •(3) Price, availability and any discount terms.
