- July 18, 2018 ********************************************** IMPORTANT NOTICE - POSTPONEMENT OF BID OPENING ********************************************** The solicitation response period is hereby extended, and the bid opening date and time is revised to FRIDAY, JULY 20, 2018, at 2:00 P.M. EASTERN TIME. This action is necessitated by a water line break, utility interruptions, and limitations to public access at the Patrick V. McNamara Federal Building in Detroit, Michigan, which is the location for delivery of bids and for the bid opening. An amendment document will be published later today to document the change of date. This amendment will include instructions on how to acknowledge the amendment by email.
