DESCRIPTION: SEE BELOW The subject requirement is for the acquisition of multiple NSN's, see list, with one approved source. The FSC's of this requirement are 5930, 6625, 6105, 6110 and 4330. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract of one base year with two one year option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 3 years. Solicitation will be a service disabled veteran owned small business set aside acquisition with other than full & open competition. The solicitation will be available on or about 19 July 2018 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. As part of the first destination transportation program, FOB origin and inspection/acceptance destination is required. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
