Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 hereby provides notice of its intent to award an SDVOSB Sole Source, firm fixed price contract to First Nation Group, LLC, dba Jordan Reses Supply Company, 4566 Hwy 20 East Suite 208, Niceville, FL 32578. The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 13.106-1(b). A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. The contract will be for First Nation Group, LLC, dba Jordan Reses Supply Company to provide Respironics Alice NightOne Wireless Home Sleep Testing Systems and related accessories for use with existing equipment and software at the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks in Fayetteville, AR and the Springfield, MO Community Based Outpatient Clinic s Sleep Lab activation project. NAICS code: 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing (SBA Size Standard 1,000 Employees) The supplies are required to augment current supply and must utilize the exact same G3 Sleep Diagnostic Software for compatibility to allow for proper scoring and physician interpretation of results, which is vital to provide the needed care our Veterans. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice no later than July 27, 2018, 4:00 PM, CST. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 16 will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses will be considered. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this notice of intent, the Government shall determine if a solicitation will be issued. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. Also, prospective contractor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller to the Department of Veterans Affairs for the proposed equipment/system such that OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. All interested parties shall submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirements listed to Arlene A. Blade by email only at arlene.blade@va.gov.
