- RFQ package including all attachments This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract with 3-1 year Options for NOUN Reference Standard, - Carbon Skin Patch/Paste Adhesive; NSN: 6635-01-458-4541BA; Part Number 17G110488-1. The Basic is for Qty of 4 each (includes first article), Test Plan (1 LO), and Test Report (1 LO). The 3-1 year Options are based on Qty range of 1-4 each. The standard will be similar to the surface finish of the aircraft. The represents the repair and contains a precured patch bonded to the repair site with paste adhesive. It will contain a marked area on the standard where the technician is to place the transducer during calibration. Identification will be painted onto the part describing the actual step thickness or the number of plies on each step. It will establish the calibration of the particular instrument. This requirement will be a set-aside for Small Business. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the contracting agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposal will be evaluated based on criteria stated in the RFQ. The repsonse date is 17 August 2018.
