- NSWC Philadelphia intends to award on a sole-source basis to Temple University a contract for STEM support services. Temple University is the only known suitable vendor due to: Temple University's ability to: - provide professor level instructors - provide the facilities required for the STEM Camp - have a proven working relationship with Philadelphia area high schools - provide outreach to Philadelphia Students via university resources - to have a small instructor to student ratio - to develop a curriculum that meets the requirement of the robotics program
