- 1305M218QNRMA0010 This solicitation is being issued as Request for Quote (RFQ). Written quotes are being requested. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented and FAR Part 12 Commercial Items with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This is a solicitation from the United States Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division-Kansas City (EAD-KC), 601 East 12 th Street, Room 1734, Kansas City, MO 64106. Ø Provide Titanium Pucks for Environmental Sample Processor SH1 Puck Top/Qty. 100 each. o SH1 HV2 Puck Top/Qty. 100 each. o SAF Puck Top/Qty. 100 each. o SH1/SH1 HV Puck Bottom/Qty. 200 each. o SAF Puck Bottom/Qty. 100 each. Ø Shipping Charges This RFQ and the following incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 332721 with a size standard of 500 employees. The place of acceptance for all items under this contract shall be the NOAA Great Lakes Environmental Research Laboratory (GLERL) located in Ann Arbor, MI. The technical specifications for the requested items are proprietary to the companies that have previously supplied these items to the government. Therefore no drawings are available and sample pucks will not be provided to companies. EAD-KC requires that all contractors to be eligible for award, the quoter must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) database and complete the “Core Data”, “Assertions”, “Representations and Certifications”, and “Points of Contact”. No award can be made to a company not registered in SAM.
