- Synopsis Attachment SPE7MX18RX045 The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 256 o-ring NSNs. A listing of NSNs is attached. The FSC for this requirement is 5331. Items are procured to various Qualified Products Lists. An indefinite quantity contract with a one year base period and 2 option years is anticipated. FOB Origin is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfq on or about 7/20/2018. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The small business size standard and the NAICS code for each NSN are attached. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. Total duration shall not exceed three years. Based on market research the items are commercial; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 13.5 in its solicitation for these items.
