- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District has a requirement to procure one Submerged Traveling Screen to be used at Bonneville Lock and Dam Second Powerhouse in Skamania County, Washington. The Contractor must fabricate, test, and deliver by barge one new assembled submerged traveling screen to Bonneville Second Powerhouse forebay at a designated location for unloading by contractor supplied crane. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code is 332999 with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. A complete Plans and Specifications package will be provided on or about 31 July 2018. Opportunities to ask questions regarding the Plans and Specifications package will be provided when the complete package is issued.
