- SOTAS Intercom Systems This requirement is a sole source acquisition for the SIGNAL On-Board Two-Wire Audio System (SOTAS) M2 digitial intercom systems. The SOTAS digitial intercom system provides crystal clear communication between crew members inside a vehicle and externally over combat net radios and field cables. The SOTAS intercom systems will be installed into the M1A2S's and M88 HERCULES.
