The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL. 33744 has a need to purchase Omnicam System. The RFQ # is 36C24818Q9231. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 (01-19-2017). The NAICS Code is 334516; the size standard is 500 Employees. Note, Interested SDVOSB and VOSB s Offerors must be listed and registered in Vetbiz.gov to be considered for Award. This combined synopsis solicitation is for the purchase of CPRR Coagulation Testing listed below in attachment C. Responses shall be on an all or none bases, no partial submissions will be accepted. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all. CPRR Coagulation Testing REQUIREMENT: BRAND NAME OR EQUAL Equal must meet all of these salient characteristics. Explanation of how Equal meets each salient characteristic must be included with quote. Contractors interested in providing CPRR Coagulation Testing should submit their quotes via email to Danised.burt@va.gov. All questions or inquires must be submitted no later than 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on July 25, 2018. Email all questions to the Contract Specialist s above email address.
