- The Skill Acquisition and Retention Framework BAA effort will develop and evaluate the Medical Performance Model tool (Med PM) which is a modeling and analysis tool to aid acquisitions stakeholders and training design analysts and developers in identifying effective and efficient training methods and tools for training combat medic tasks and procedures. The TiER1 Performance Solutions team will work with Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) to determine integration points with current work related to Navy Aviation Proficiency model (NAPM) and the Skill Acquisition and Retention (SAR) Framework.
