- Rough Sketch of Requirement w/ Proposed Dimensions Photographs of Room and Existing Desk Statement of Work Combo Synopsis/Request for Quotation This requirement is for two (2) reception style desks for the Flight Ops Supervisors Office, 80th FTW, Sheppard AFB, TX. The desks are further described and specified in the attached Statement of Work. There are also pictures included of the existing desk to help better understand the requirement. The purpose of these desks is to replace the existing desks with newer, relatively smaller, wooden desks of a similar style. ALL OFFERORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A SKETCH OF THE DESK WITH THEIR OFFERS TO CONFIRM UNDERSTANDING OF THE REQUIREMENT. OFFERS THAT DO NOT INCLUDE A SKETCH WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE. THERE WILL BE A SITE VISIT FOR THIS REQUIREMENT ON 23 JULY 2018 AT 1400 HRS. ATTENDANCE AT THIS SITE VISIT IS NOT MANDATORY, BUT STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.
