- SF-18 Solicitation N00421-18-Q-0550 issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source basis with Textron Aviation under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Textron Aviation is only known vendor who possesses the manufacturing data to manufacture the requested equipment. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Please include your Cage Code. Please identify if items are FOB Destination or FOB origin and include any shipping charges. Estimated Delivery Date After Receipt of Order ***Basis for Award***. ***Instructions to offeror’s*** Please include the following information with your response: (1) FOB: DESTINATION (2) Shipping Cost: DESTINATION (3) Tax ID# (4) Dun & Bradstreet # (5) Cage Code: (6) Small Business – Yes ___ No ___ (7) Estimated Delivery Date: (8) If available on a Pricelist please provide a copy. The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotations/responses received by closing date of this notice will be considered by the government, all responses to this solicitation must be received no later than 5:00pm est 24 July. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
