- Amendment #1 issued to extend the offer due date until 7/27/18, as well as to incorporate Addendum A & Clarifications into the solicitation requirements. Solicitation/RFO announcement for The FAA Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new requirement for the MCI ATCT Renovations project in Kansas City, MO. Facility Point of Contact (POC) will be Darren Brinker at 816-506-1417. The performance period, is one hundred eighty (180) calendar days, after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). This available on a tiered evaluation basis: 1. Existing BOA Contractors 2. Full & Open competition. (See RFO Package for details) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, with a size standard of $36.5 Million. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specs and Drawings, is attached to this announcement. The price range for this requirement is $1,000,000.00 to $2,000,000.00.
