- Redacted Sole Source Justification SF-1449 for N66604-18-Q-2551 This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. This solicitation will be open for less than 30 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-18-Q-2551. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase, on a Firm-Fixed-Price, Sole-Source basis, HX-29 Compliant Tube Packs, in accordance with Honeywell Drawing 37264575. Further details on this requirement can be found in the SF-1449 and Sole Source Justification attached to this solicitation. Offerors shall include applicable shipping charges in submitted quotes, if applicable. Required delivery is F.O.B. Destination, Naval Station Newport, RI.
