- The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) maintenance and overhaul contract, with a minimum quantity of 20 each and a maximum quantity of 480 each of NOUN: HEAT EXCHANGER. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul of the HEAT EXCHANGER. Input NSN: 1660-01-586-6051, 1660-01-663-6692 Output NSN: 1660-01-586-6051 Input P/N: 145PS150-5, A01-A0-900-0 Output P/N: 145PS150-5 QUANTITY: MIN 20- MAX 480 FMS QUANTITY: 80 The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) maintenance and overhaul contract, with a minimum quantity of 20 each and a maximum quantity of 480 each. The maximum quantity includes a quantity for Foreign Military Sales of 80 each. Authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy this agency's requirement. There is no Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) for this requirement. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, materials for the Maintenance and Overhaul of this item. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
