- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Boiler Removal and Replacement, for Tully Lake and the Basin office, located at Royalston, MA. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials and labor to remove and replace one (1) existing oil fired boiler with one (1) brand new high efficiency oil fired boiler and two (2) electric tankless on demand hot water heaters at the Tully Lake Project Office in accordance with specifications. This solicitation will be available on or about 3rd of August 2018. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILALABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS RELEASED. The solicitation will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and "register now" under Vendor/Citizens). Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of 15.0 Million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
