- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, ¿Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is currently an unfunded requirement with a high expectation that funds will be available. When and if funds become available a contract will be awarded at that time. 1. The solicitation number is 140P3018R0027. 2. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99. 3. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 711320 Promoters of Performing Arts, Sports, and Similar Events without Facilities. The small business size standard is $15 Million. 4. The National Park Service (NPS) proposes to procure stage production services in accordance with the attached scope of objectives, terms, and conditions. 5. Prior to submitting an offer, Offerors must be actively registered in System for Award Management. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished at www.sam.gov. By submitting an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation. 6. DOL Wage Determination 15-4281 dated 7/3/2018 applies and is attached. 7. Proposals are due on Wednesday, August 8th, at 5:00 pm EST. Proposals shall be submitted electronically via email to juricka_nawrozzada@nps.gov. Proposals submitted via Fedconnect will NOT be accepted/considered.
