- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. THIS IS A TOTAL SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET-ASIDE. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99, ; FAC-C updates are posted to https://www.acquisition.gov/?q=far_looseleaf. Description of Service: Lodging Services Iowa City VA Health Care System NAICS Code/Small Business Size Standard: 721110 (Hotels, except Casino Hotels and Motels); $32.5 Million Product Service Code: V231 (LODGING HOTEL/MOTEL) SCOPE OF WORK: The Iowa City Veterans Affairs Health Care System (ICVAHCS), 601 Hwy 6 West, Iowa City, IA 52242, has a need for Contractor to provide double occupancy hotel rooms within eight (8) miles of the Iowa City VA Medical Center for lodging of eligible Veterans in need of treatment at the Iowa City VA Medical Center. Period of Performance: This will be a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with period of performance of 11-1-2018 to 10-31-2023. Ordering Period Period Begins Period Ends 1 11/1/2018 10/31/2019 2 11/1/2019 10/31/2020 3 11/1/2019 10/31/2021 4 11/1/2020 10/31/2022 5 11/1/2021 10/31/2023 Technical Questions: Technical questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing by e-mail only no later than 10:00am Central Standard Time (CST), 7-25-2018.
