- The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) in Warren, MI proposes to release a solicitation W911RQ-18-R-0267 for a broad range of minor construction projects to support real property sustainment, restoration, modernization, repair and minor construction of buildings, structures and other real property at Red River Army Depot (RRAD) in Texarkana, TX. These tasks are typical projects performed in a variety of trades including carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, interior electrical, exterior electrical, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC), fire protection, telecommunications, steam fitting, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, demolition, concrete masonry and welding. AN OFFICIAL SOLICIATATION WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT 3 AUGUST 2018 (SEE SOLICITATION FOR ACTUAL OFFER DUE DATE). THE OFFER DUE DATE IS ON OR ABOUT 2 SEPTEMBER 2018.
