Page 1 of 1 This pre-solicitation notice is for the Department of Veterans Affairs Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA) Modernization Surge Support and Claims File Review Support requirement. Because of this requirement, BVA will be able to significantly reduce the current inventory and processing time of appellants claims files. Through the use of contractor support for files review and mail processing, BVA attorneys and other Government personnel will have additional capability to focus on higher level priorities within the claims review and adjudication process.
