Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice to notify potential offerors of Base Operations Support (BOS) Services solicitation N62470-17-R-4001 for Naval and Defense Intelligence Agency Facilities in Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland. The proposed contract will be a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) performance-based contract that is comprised of both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work Items. The work includes, but is not limited to, providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide services for: General Information, Management and Administration, Supply, Facility Investment, Facility Management, Custodial, Pest Control, Integrated Solid Waste Management, Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping, Pavement Clearance, Utility Management, Chiller Plant, and Transportation Services. The anticipated RFP date is on or about 01 August 2018. Proposal due date will be on or about 21 September 2018. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation, and any attachments, at Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ and /or the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) website at https://www.fbo.gov/.
