Description

ME006-DEXTER-A3-CSS-10311-Floor Plan-Install Mini Splits Solicitation Number W15QKN-18-Q-1158 The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a new requirement for the removal/installation of new mini split A/C Units for multiple rooms at the Jullian P. Clukey USARC, 54 Prospect Street, Dexter, ME 04930-1427. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, technical support, supervision and transportation to accomplish all work in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW). All repairs outlined in the SOW shall be performed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code that apply to the principal nature of the acquisition: 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a size standard of $15,000,000.00. Period of Performance: All work shall be completed within 90 Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed. Place of Performance: Jullian P. Clukey United States Army Reserve Center (USARC), 54 Prospect Street, Dexter, ME 04930-1427. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
