Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Asheville, NC, 1100 Tunnel Road, Asheville, NC. has a requirement for a contractor to park and/or provide assistance in parking to veteran patients only. Valet Parking Services will be performed five days per week during normal clinic hours. There will be Government-provided wheelchairs available to transport patients to the clinics. The contractor shall be liable and responsible for providing patients with a valet claim check, securing keys, parking, delivering, and directing certain valet vehicles to and from the valet greeting area. This is a Presolicitation only. Interested contractors should watch for the issuance of the solicitation which will have specific instructions and requirements associated with this procurement. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about July 22, 2018. In accordance with PL 109-461, this is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement 812930 - Parking Lots and Garages, with a maximum small business size standard of $38.5 Million. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) and verified in VIP (www.VIP.VETBIZ.VA.gov) as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) prior to submitting a Quote. This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for pricing at this time. No phone calls please.
