- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Hotel Conference Services This amendment to the Sources Sought corrects the date on the FBO Sources Sought cover sheet which inaccurately listed 30 April 2018 as the deadline to submit responses. The Sources Sought clearly stated 1 August 2018 which is the correct date. Therefore, to clarify, August 1, 2018 is the correct date and shall not change. Secondly, the Sources Sought lists the anticipatory solicitation number. However, vendors shall identify RFI 36C10G-18-Q-0712 in their responses.
