- Amended Posting- Maney Aicraft (1000) PN L5306165-051 is added as an approved source. The closing date is changed to 8/24/18. NAICS is changed to 336413. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about the issue date cited on the solicitation. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Requests for Proposal (RFP)/ invitation for Bid (IFB)"from the menu under the tab "Solicitations". Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. The software is available free at http://www.adobe.com A paper copy of this solicitation may not be available to requestors. The solicitation package must be completed in its entirety. Incomplete submission of the solicitation package may be deemed unacceptable and may result in disqualification of proposal. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered SAM. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Inspection/Acceptance will be at destination and FOB origin, delivery 96 days ARO or less. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. The issue date is on or around 07/24/2018, and the closing date is on or around 08/10/2018. It is anticipated that an award will be made against one of the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized; however, a copy of the solicitation may be prepared and made available upon a valid request submitted prior to the issue date.
