- Solicitation Notice for W912GB18R0035 (Previously W912GB-18-R-0021), Construction Surveillance Services Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order (MATOC) for Germany, Italy, Belgium, Poland, Romania, and Estonia The solicitation for the subject project is now available for download. In order to receive a copy of the solicitation, interested offerors must intend to compete as a US Prime and must currently possess a Top Secret Facility Clearance (FCL). Interested prime contracts must submit the following: a) Company Name (DBA, if applicable); b) CAGE Code Number; c) Primary and Secondary point of contacts; d) SAM registration; e) company website; and f) company ownership (i.e. 100% US owned, etc) g) Facility Clearance Verification. Upon acceptable proof of a facility clearance, each firm will be provided with the information that will allow them to download the solicitation. All interested contractors must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award of Government contracts. Please submit your information to latia.k.wickliffe@usace.army.mil and Christian.h.solinsky@usace.army.mil no later than 12:00 Eastern Standard Time, 16 August 2018. UPDATE: Please submit proposals the POCs above no later than 12:00 Eastern Standard Time, 16 August 2018.
