- Performance Work Statement and Floor Plan SF 1449 Solicitation This is a solicitation for commercial products/services. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99, Defense Circular Number 20171228, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 336212 with a small business size standard of 1,000 EMP. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. DM will place an order with the offeror whose offer meets technical acceptability and lowest price. Only quotations representing fulfillment of the requirement IN ITS ENTIRETY, as per the posted Request for Quotations and associated Performance Work Statement, will be considered and evaluated for award. Important Q&A Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) • All questions must be submitted via email to the Primary Point of Contact by Friday, 20 July 2018 at 4:00 PM. • All questions will be addressed and posted no later than Monday, 23 July 2018 at 4:00 PM. 0001 1 EA Mobile Operation Center (IAW attached PWS and Floor Plan) Please refer to the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Floor Plan for requirement details and specifications. DELIVERY LOCATION: Nellis AFB, NV 89191 This procurement is being issued as a total small business set-aside. QUOTES FOR BRAND NAME OR EQUAL ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR EVALUATION. MP5332.7 Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
