- Description
- Contractor shall provide labor, services,equipment, and materials for the removal, reupholster and installation of sofas (2-Man, 3-Man, 5-Man, 6-Man to include the bench seats and back rests) and console chairs onboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71). Ship inspection will be conducted on 24 JUL 2018, 0830, Juliet Pier, Naval Air Station North Island, CA. For questions regarding the ship inspection, please contact Shipbuilding Specialist Corey Ellick (619-726-5855) or Paul Damian (619-571-5599). The Government will not pay for any effort expended during the ship inspection. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, services, and materials in accordance with the established statement of work and applicable government specifications and regulations. Inspection and acceptance of all services will be performed at destination by the cognizant government representative. The contractor is responsible for the use of the latest revision of all references, specifications, and NAVSEA Standard Items. The successful offeror will be required to have a SWRMC approved Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with NAVSEA Standard item 009-04 in place at contract award. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-98, effective 31 May 2018 and DFARS Change Notice 20180629. All vendors must be registered at www.sam.gov.
