- Attachment 4 AMRDEC SAFE Attachment 3 PPQ Attachment 2 Wage Determination 15-5075 Rev 10 Attachment 1 PWS Fillable solicitation The contractor shall provide full EmergencyMedical Services (EMS) / Advanced Life Support (ALS) response and patient transport services for Scott Air Force Base (SAFB), Illinois. The contractor shall respond to all SAFB EMS requests and participate in SAFB exercises, special events, specialized training and in-flight emergencies. The contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, vehicles, supplies, equipment, and transportation.
