- For building 515 the Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment necessary to lift desk systems and demo the carpet and wall base, demo 1 door casing, and demo all ceiling tiles. Install new 2 x 2 - 24oz carpet tiles and 4 base, 1 new door casing, new 2 x 2 ceiling tiles. Patch nail and pushpin holes and apply one coat primer and one coat of finish paint to walls to encapsulate lead paint. Clean 2 x 4 light diffusers.
