- Notice concerning the posting of GSA solicitation 47PF0018R0163. Synopsis: This projects magnitude is less than $25,000. This contract will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract. This award will be a total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. Work to be completed falls under the NAICS Code 236220. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform all work in strict accordance with this Scope of Work. The purpose of this project is to perform the following work in the Eau Claire Federal Building and Courthouse: To install safety railing around the perimeter of the upper and lower roofs to prevent falls to the courtyard six stories below. The site visit date and time will be announced in the solicitation. Attendance is voluntary but, contractors are highly recommended to participate.
